My dream would have been to do the Bocus institute for professional reclassification and to open a semi-gastronomic restaurant (not claiming to be good enough to be starred despite the words of those around me) in Mauritius but I do not have the 13,300 euros requested for this training. Alas

The lack of snow and season ^^ and perhaps probably the lack of sausage, cold meats and cheese from our region ^^. In 10 days it's difficult to realize what we don't like, we always keep the best memories when we return.
