About

I am from a small mining village in Nievre, I am 38 years old. I have been a construction entrepreneur for 5 years after 15 years in my father's company and I am the 5th generation of painter plasterer in my family. But given the current situation in France, this is no longer really viable. Even if I love my job, working 60 hours a week to earn 1000 euros per month is not an end in itself. I therefore have to make a decision for the good of my family and even if it means closing my business as I leave this country governed by people who don't care about their populations. On a trip to Mauritius we were won over by this cosmopolitanism where people of all religions and races live hand in hand. We planned to return there this year and put together our project a little better, especially on the employment side. and we already have a French friend there and we have also made friends with some Mauritian

My dream would have been to do the Bocus institute for professional reclassification and to open a semi-gastronomic restaurant (not claiming to be good enough to be starred despite the words of those around me) in Mauritius but I do not have the 13,300 euros requested for this training. Alas
People . Conviviality, respect for others, landscapes, Creole cuisine, Rum ^^
The lack of snow and season ^^ and perhaps probably the lack of sausage, cold meats and cheese from our region ^^. In 10 days it's difficult to realize what we don't like, we always keep the best memories when we return.

My projects quickly fizzled out in France. Craftsmanship? or working your ass off to gain nothing because the state takes more from you than you earn and as a certain Aznavours would say, 鈥淧overty would be less painful in the sun鈥.
Plasterer-painter. 15 years as employee and team leader in the family business that I took over 5 years ago. dabbles in carpentry as well.
Nothing more. Apart from gastronomy and wine.
People who always make a fuss.
