We are French, from the hotel and catering industry with great experience today (England, Ireland, Luxembourg, Switzerland). Today, we would like to practice our profession in this country which has attracted us for several years. Having passed all the levels since apprenticeship 30 years ago in France, we are very determined to bring our experience to the service of reputable establishments.
