My name is Roberta and I am Italian. I have just opened an Italian Cultural Center in Lom茅. The Center is called La Casa Italiana. Casa Italiana is a place open to all people who want to know, approach, deepen and experience Italian culture in Togo in a dynamic, fun and friendly setting. Casa Italiana also wants to be a bridge between Italy and Togo. It aims to be a reference for all those (NGOs, Companies and Organizations) who want to enter and be its protagonists. La Casa is a family, welcoming and pleasant place where everyone can feel at ease. Every corner of the Casa offers an experience to live. With this in mind, the Casa organizes numerous activities: Italian language courses for those who want to pursue higher education in Italy, Italian language courses for companies, NGOs, individuals, children and adolescents, Italian cooking workshops, translation from French and English into the Italian language, a language interpretation service, a consultancy service, the organization of cultural events (Italian cinema, tastings of typical products, conferences, etc.). The Casa offers a large library with books in Italian, a computer room with Internet access, two classrooms, a cooking laboratory and a garden to relax and read a good book while sipping an espresso coffee or chatting in Italian.

Je suis la directrice de La Casa Italiana, un Centre Culturel Italien à Lomé. La Casa est un lieu ouvert à toutes les personnes qui veulent connaitre, approcher, approfondir et vivre au Togo la culture italienne dans un cadre dynamique, amusant et convivial. La Casa Italiana veut être également un pont entre l%u2019Italie et le Togo. Elle se veut une référence pour tous ceux (ONG, Entreprises et Organisations) qui veulent y entrer et en être les protagonistes. La Casa est un lieu familial, accueillant et plaisant où tout un chacun peut se sentir à son aise. Chaque coin de la Casa offre une expérience à vivre. Dans cette optique, la Casa organise de nombreuses activités: des cours de langue italienne pour ceux qui veulent poursuivre les études supérieures en Italie, des cours de langue italienne pour les entreprises, les ONG, les particuliers, les enfants et les adolescents, des ateliers de cuisine italienne, la traduction de la langue française et anglaise vers la langue italienne, un service d%u2019interprétation de langues, un service de consultance, l%u2019organisation d%u2019événements culturels (cinéma italien, dégustations de produits typiques, conférences, etc.). La Casa offre une grande bibliothèque avec des livres en italien, une salle informatique avec accès à Internet, deux salles de cours, un laboratoire de cuisine et un jardin pour se détendre et lire un bon livre en sirotant un café expresso ou en chattant en italien.
