The Telcel's website says that the rate for calling my country of destination costs $0.01 per minute, but they charged me 1 US$ when I called it; what am I doing wrong?

Normally you pay the income tax in the country where you live. U.S. is an exclusion from the normal rules, because they tax their citizen no matter where they actually live. Read More
