Hello, I am French, established since 2009 in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, where I manage a guest house. Previously, I worked in one of the biggest Parisian Clubs, then I moved into catering by impulse, in the Marais district where I proved myself. Before working for myself, I held positions of responsibility as manager and then manager. I know the restaurant industry very well. I don't count the hours of work. I live as a couple and I have two children who are a driving force for everything I do.
