We are planning our retirement and are looking for the best place to retire. We have heard about Cuenca but we really don't know much about the cost of living, medical services, etc., etc. I would like to see if someone could tell us or inform us about these costs. On the other hand, my husband is English and I am Mexican, I would like to know if any legal procedure or visa is required to be able to settle in Cuenca.
