I am an independent woman, mother of two boys aged 20 and 16 and I have been working as an educator since 1992, with validation of the specialized educator diploma in 1999. Initially carrying out my duties in child protection, I then moved towards caring for an adult public, in C.H.R.S. within the AURORE association, SARAH service. This service welcomes isolated people, couples or families in great difficulty, in a hotel room, maid's room and/or apartment. The care consists of offering both a place for people to relax and overall support (medical-psycho-social). Faced with the multiplicity of single women, couples and families, very often single parents, welcomed over the years and their problems, I wanted to specialize in supporting women, couples and families in order to acquire additional tools. In 2011, I was certified as a marriage and family counselor (E.P.E.). This training allowed me to address with the public, questions related to intimacy such as: sexuality, contraception, maternity, parenthood, different forms of violence, abortion and/or adoption. Continuing on, I completed a Professional Health License: Management of Health and Social Organizations. A few months before I started training, the management of the AURORE association offered me a position as head of department, replacing sick leave (CHU). This training, as well as my new functions, allowed me to understand the common sense between, on the one hand, the objectives defined in favor of quality care or support and on the other, the means implemented to achieve this. I understood the need to go through authorities, protocols and/or control and support tools which only make sense when their purpose is to supervise, protect and support both users and professionals. I also became aware of the importance of working collaboratively, towards a co-construction of social or life projects, and of the establishment project (management, team, residents and/or families) towards a common sense and in the interest of users, in accordance with the regulations and in a mutual respect of listening and sharing. The Professional Health License training, obtained in 2015, allowed me to understand social work from another angle, and to align both the realities on the ground, particularly financial, and political decisions concerning the health and social sector. Taking these constraints into account makes it possible to seek solutions adapted to the needs of the public, in a context of reflection and team support. In my opinion, the type of management is decisive in responding to these challenges. Today, I would like to enrich my professional and personal life through this experience of expatriation and thus offer my services and join a team, in Abidjan, Ivory Coast, to be guarantor of a service project but also of the framework, security and quality of the actions rendered. I could thus lead and energize a multidisciplinary team while sustaining and developing internal and external partnerships. My experience, my motivation, my team spirit, my sense of responsibility, organization and leadership, as well as my availability, are the driving forces behind the change I aspire to today. And then, apart from work and my family life, I enjoy taking time for myself, listening to music and dancing whenever I can. I also like to stroll, walk, find nice little corners.
