Hello, I am a chef/caterer entrepreneur specializing in the history of human food throughout the ages, from Prehistory to the present day. I would like to settle in Georgia and offer my know-how, complete my knowledge and study further the origins of Caucasian food which are the foundation of our European diet. I have created numerous catering entities in France and neighboring countries, always following very specific themes. Georgia attracts me because I have origins and friends there, I would like to settle there to work and develop atypical restoration concepts(!)
