An atypical career path, initially military, I then chose cooking. Self-taught, I grew up with extraordinary people who I trust. I would just like to go away and let people enjoy our magnificent French cuisine. I find that here too many people think they are top chefs and this is a race for quantity and not quality, and everyone is a star (customer). Perfect my experience and maybe never come back but...
