Good morning . We currently live in Carcassonne and we will move to Cape Town in August. We will not have expatriate status because my husband works for an English company. In fact I have a truckload of questions. But the 1st would be to know if it is better to rent or buy. If we buy how is the housing stock in Cape Town. Is selling your house a problem or not (for the future)? Our children will be educated at the French School and we will have to live close to the school.
