We are a family with two children - and a dog - who are coming to live in Vancouver very soon. We would like to rent a house with a back yard and are very keen to find out about safe, family friendly areas with good schools and in a good commutable distance from Downtown for work. Our monthly budget for accomm will be $1500 - 1800. We would love some feedback. Many thanks. Stephanie
