experience memorable, my mentors have always given me the best advice, exceptional experience to lead me in this industry, my love for food led me to become a chef and iv taking it serious involving my passion for this into all aspects of the industry, being a all rounder, peoples person I just love making smiles ,working hard and reaching new turnovers ,making my ethics strategic and taking on any challenge ,being involved in all forms of hospitality, has given me a broad, dynamic vision by always getting the best out my fellow team and staff members to meet the highest standards in service motivating staff to be more confident, energetic, vibrant and professional to meet there highest emotional capacity thus developing communication between staff to insure prompt service.

Small Hotel in Coastal Resort by blunders
Looking for any information about owning and operating a small hotel in a coastal resort. 12 to 15 rooms for rent aimed at the tourist market. Owners living on site and involved in the day to day operations. Is the concept viable?
