Hi my names is Billy, I live in the USA, I will be traveling to Romania next Summer and would like to know what the people are like. I'm also helping and friend that lives in Romania but I'd like to know if it's really bad living there like he says. He says it's a hard place to live and he says he is very very poor with no way to have a good life.
