I am an executive at the International Bank for Commerce and Industry in Mali "BICIM", a BNP Paribas subsidiary. I have acquired solid experience of 12 years within this bank between the commercial management and the operations management. During my time in sales management as a customer advisor then agency director, I had the privilege of supporting clients in carrying out their existing project and prospecting in the field to find new clients. An unforgettable experience. My activity was also based on monitoring the agency's production, training and coaching my team. Above all, help them improve their skills. Today in the back office, I carry out the same managerial activities. If in the commercial department we bring our clients' projects to fruition, in the financing department we do the implementation. Control and monitoring of operations, compliance with procedures, etc. are a priority. My project is to find a working environment in which I can share and acquire my skills with a young dynamic team.
