Hello, I'm Julian. I'm originally from the U.S. but I have been currently living in Shanghai, China for 6 years. I was in construction and design in the U.S. for over 25 years building Office space, restaurants, and homes. I currently have a consultation business in Shanghai mostly dealing with construction and interior design which also includes construction management. I also teach English at all levels, consult and develop curriculum for schools and train the foreign teach staff. I about a year I will be moving to Vietnam in the Danang area which I hope to develop and assist in the agricultural growth of the area in partnership with another company who is doing amazing things to help, assist and better the production and quality of all things in that field. I also consult for a management risk company (Pace) that I will also try to develop and grow in this area. This is mostly in the fields of safety and crisis management for corporations, hotels and the related business. Other than that, I love all sports, I'm very physically active and I want to move back to a beach area and Danang, Hoian area seem to be a perfect place for me.
