I am looking to live in Belgium to practice a spreadbetting/sportexchange IT activity blocked in France but not in the rest of the world. I am looking for a simple studio to rent as a second home mainly in the south of Belgium (I am almost a cross-border worker) knowing that I am not looking for work. I want to practice as a private individual and declare my earnings for Belgian taxes (if possible)..looking for information!
