Hello, my name is Charles, I am 30 years old and I am a restaurateur. I absolutely want to leave France. After having done a lot of traveling, Mexico and Playa del Carmen in particular is a place where me and my partner would like to live... for my information I think that catering is a little too complicated (too many restaurants and very competent) so I would like to get into the hotel business. I have so many questions that I don't even know where to start... maybe the first one to start with to install the base (for two French people)?
