My husband is an American resident, my son was born in the United States, I have a tourist visa but I want to work in the USA legally to spend more time with my family and not be separated from them for so long. Since my son was born we have not been stable, since I always bring him with me to Mexico and his father stays in the USA, I want my son to grow up with his father and me together, for us to have a stable home and a better quality of life.
