Hello everyone, my name is Nsiama Deka Deccas, I am Congolese from the Democratic Republic of Congo, I am a building and public works engineer, topographer surveyor option, I have finished my university studies since 2012 at the national institute of building and public works here in Kinshasa. I work in a design office and at the same time it is also a company carrying out civil engineering works as an engineer supervising the works for more than 5 years.
