I am Breton, I am 38 years old, 5 children (2 from my first union, the same for my partner and 1 that we have in common) I am a pastry chef, I was an artisan baker / pastry chef for almost 5 years. I have 20 years of experience as a baker/pastry chef. My plan is to go to work in Australia and if all goes well I would like to settle there for the long term. (the initial idea came from my partner's aunt who has lived near Sydney for a little over 20 years).
