About

As of November, 2018 I live in the USA in Utah. I love to spend time outside in the mountains and deserts. I have been teaching English as a Second Language for a year, starting in Guinea-Bissau in Africa and then in Salt Lake City, Utah with people from many different countries. I love traveling, adventuring, and getting to know people where they live, and learning about their culture, foods, customs, and beliefs. I also like running into other Yanks, Brits, or others who are also into the adventurous life. My main goal is to share my skills with others who may benefit from them. This includes knowledge of English, writing, nature studies, natural resource management, recreation management, and, well, just how to have a good but safe adventure. I have two grown boys who also like to travel and spend time in the outdoors. I plan to spend the next few to several years exploring the world while I am still in good shape and have lots of energy.
Interests: travel, getting to know people from around the world, outdoor activities, culture, local foods, teaching
