Hello expats, My name is Jasmine, I am Canadian citizen living in Toronto, originally from Macedonia. It's my goal to move on tropical island in the next 6m. To 1 year. Las Terrenas is interesting to me because of santo domingo proximity. I would look into buying a property to live and rent. A small hotel or B&B. Or a villa for AirB&B. Any information you can share about immigration rules, safety, community, real estate, cost of living, business licenses, taxes, etc...is welcomed and appreciated. 馃槉
