Hello! I'm a 40 year old Thai male who was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. I've worked as a technical support specialist for law firms over there last 15 years. I've got certifications with Microsoft word 2013, and Microsoft Outlook 2013. I do not have the 2013 certifications for Excel and PowerPoint but I'm very familiar with them and have had certifications with them for the office 2000 suite. I've also worked as volunteer at GMHC in New York, and am quite comfortable with disseminating information and communicating with clients in high pressure environments. I feel like I'm good at getting information across succinctly.
