Born in Southsea, Hampshire bu moved away in the 60's and now have aUK address near to Fareham, Hampshire. Joined the Army as a boy soldier and left as a Lieutenant Colonel. work in Westminster for 14 years and then retired. Moved to Thailand but it is becoming increasingly difficult to remain. divorced in 2017 and no have a filipino lady partner who I plan to marry in 2019 after moving to Puerto Princesa. Would like very much to meet people and also like to volunteer to help any organisation that believes I could be of assistance. My main concern is housing which I would want to rent in the first instance (if Thailand has taught me anything, it's not to put all my eggs in one basket)
