About
Hello, I have been living in Los Angeles for 2 years and I returned to France because my mother is very ill. We have a 1 year Lb1 visa which we renewed for 3 years without problem and we had an appointment at the embassy in Paris to have the visa stamped (petition). However, during our meeting, the consular took our passports and told us that he was going to conduct an investigation. We have been waiting for 2 months without any news, we have 2 children who were in an American school and who are no longer there because we are still waiting. I give French lessons and I have lost clients, my children no longer have school and my husband works remotely but we are stressed because we left everything behind, rent to pay for nothing, plane tickets lost. Do you know what the maximum time limit is for responding to us, have you already had a similar experience? Thank you for your help and good luck if you have the same experience.
Interests: traveling, cycling, music, hiking, swimming
Occupation
I am Self-employed.
