I am 49 years old, I was born in Africa in Gabon. When I was 20, I trained as a graphic designer and computer-assisted advertising or obtained a BTS equivalent. A lifelong entrepreneur, I did several temporary jobs for a few years and then set up on my own in personal services where I was a pioneer in 1995. Passionate about sport, I practice all disciplines of trail running and endurance, bodybuilding and combat. Since the age of 14 I have loved martial arts, while my business was going well and I was starting to have a little free time, I completed my Self Defense instructor diplomas. His last years piled up the difficulties of my personal life and I ended up stopping my business exhausted and devoted myself fully to the development of a combat sport concept for fitness rooms. Concept successfully implemented for several months in a very large room in the region. I continue to develop it and pass my Validation of Acquired Knowledge in order to be recognized as a sports coach specializing in contact sports and to train future instructors. I also created my own brand for this concept and registered the name and title to train future coaches. Today my desire to discover new horizons is very strong so I will try to go as far as possible in order to share what I love with as many people as possible and introduce them to the joy of sport.
