I'm an American expat living in Brasil for the last 12 years, leaving for Hangzhou early April 2019. Am relocating my software development business there; we specialize in .edu apps. I visited Hangzhou twice in 2018 (Aug/Nov) for tech competitions and found a great incubator/hub partner where I'll office, in Gongshou.
