I come from overseas and want to settle permanently in Gran Canaria. I already lived there for 9 months in the 80s then came back on vacation, regularly, until 92, then in 2008 and this year. For professional reasons I was not able to settle there but I am strongly considering spending my retirement there. I'm looking for accommodation (min 2 bedrooms) but far from tourist areas. I look for the real, the natural and above all not the overrated tourist complexes.
