My name is Baptiste Lucas, I am a young Frenchman. I started working at the age of 15 to complete my diplomas, I have a pastry chef qualification, an additional pastry/chocolate/confectionery/ice cream qualification and an additional cook/caterer qualification. I am now 20 years old and work as a pastry chef in a caterer. I have a 39-hour permanent contract. But my dream is to be able to launch my professional life in the United States.
