I?m largely retired, with a couple of small rental properties in CA. And I love to garden
Ive had a few. International Agricultural Deveclopment (mostly Francophone Africa) Social Worker with troubled adolescent children and their families, rental property purchase and rehab and rental.
I like the cosmopolitan feel of Danang, the fresh air, the variety of food (and I like Vietnamese food), beautiful beach and river area, and the people.
The traffic is something I have to get used to. I do like that almost all of the legions of motorcyclists wear helmets.

Pretty touristy in the high season. Massively increased rents and realestate prices drive out the middle class.
