hello, My name is Yougourtha LALLAOUI, I am 25 years old, I am Algerian, I am a student in Russia, next year I am starting my doctoral thesis which is entitled: the impact of new information and communication technologies on human resources management. Regarding my experiences I did two practical internships during my study in Algeria and at the same time I manage our mini market in Algeria thank goodness thanks to her I learned a lot of things. For my projects, I only have one, it is to secure a job in a foreign company and have experience to later have my own business then succeed in my life and of course help my family.
