I am French living in the Algarve. I worked for a long time in communication/advertising in Switzerland and France. Since February 2018 I have been in Portugal. When I arrived, I worked in real estate. I really liked this sector but you should know that with the advantages offered to French people, there are a multitude of real estate agencies and not enough properties for sale. The market has (depending on location) become complicated. I therefore chose to open a small communications company with very targeted media (which I know perfectly well). I very regularly come up against the fact that there is not yet a habit of communication in Portugal and, even if my creations are very successful, the Portuguese trader or entrepreneur is still "cautious" about advertising. With my partner, we are therefore considering settling in Spain, a country that we love very much and which, we have no doubt, offers a quality of life as pleasant as that of Portugal. I plan to work in real estate while practicing in communications if I have the time. By always ensuring genuine relational monitoring, I am able to offer a quality service. See you soon !!
