Born in Marseille, my wife and I moved to the countryside in Aude, we got married in Las Vegas in September 2017. After several trips to the USA (Chicago, Milwaukee, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, San Francisco etc.) we decided to try to settle there. I am bilingual, my wife jabbers a rather useful Franglais. I am a chef, my wife, after years as a management secretary, accompanies me during my seasons and works with me.
