I write a cooking blog for expats. Lots of Americans find it difficult to cook at first because there are fewer convenience ingredients abroad. My goal is to help readers transition to cooking with basic ingredients. I am happily married and am the mother of two kids who are turning out to be pretty cool people. I am a Christian; I believe in helping others and in being thankful for God's generosity.
