Hello, G茅rald I come from N卯mes in the Gard department (FRANCE) I am married and we have two children aged 11 and 7 years old. I am currently responsible for a restaurant in a training center where we welcome employees from the world of industry. My wife and I have the plan to go to the United States to start a second life, our project would be to take on a food business (restaurant, bakery, pastry shop, pizzeria) personally I have been in the restaurant business for 20 years and have done almost all the positions in this profession and for 8 years, we have created our pizza takeaway business (a pizza truck as they say in the south of France) and this in addition to our respective activities is telling you the job don't scare us too much. But for several years an idea has been running through our heads and we recently decided to start looking for our new project.
