Spending a good part of my retirement there.
Life a little more carefree, the beauty of arid landscapes, the sea, the sun, the people, a little more cheerfulness than elsewhere despite a simple life. No need for much there, no big consumption.
The medical network is too parsimonious and unstable. Appointments with authorities are difficult to obtain.
