Hello, I introduce myself, I am a medical student: Kirli Sarah, last year of study before taking the post-graduation test in order to do a medical specialty, having completed her seven years of study at the Faculty of Medicine in Algiers. Algeria. This year it鈥檚 boarding school; during which I did: gynecology-obstetrics, visceral surgery, pediatrics, and infectious diseases department, knowing that during our externship course we went through all the specialties: ENT, ENDOCRINOLOGY, DERMATOLOGY, GASTRO-ENTEROLOGY....etc. -During this year we were more responsible for the issue of taking care of the different actions to be taken, even we were responsible for the preparation and presentation of press reviews and articles published on pub-med, em-consult. - This year I plan to do an internship at your level in order to strengthen my medical training, tour my hospitals, enrich my knowledge. For my experience: I did a lot of guard duty during my externship and this year. Gynecology: carry out deliveries, attend to various gynecological interventions, manage gynecological emergencies. Visceral surgery: make the different points in surgery, resuscitation measures, patient care at department level, make adjustments, examine patients, present them during the medical conference and visits. Pediatrics: another world of general medicine in children, we have done everything again with children, infants, knowing the different emergencies in pediatrics, ensuring guard duty at the emergency pavilions. Infectious Diseases: know how to manage guards, perform lumbar punctures, what to do about rabies and treatment (vaccination/infiltration), management of bacterial viral meningitis, know how to make diagnoses for prolonged acute fever (such as brucellosis, Mediterranean spotted fever).
