I am an old retired gentleman I have created several small companies in my life real estate construction property administration I am a widower and alone I have real estate assets that I am in the process of selling on my house alone I pay 8,700 euros housing taxes and 5,700 euros property taxes. I have several Romanian friends that I have known for 20 years scattered around the country I have the daughter of my deceased brother who I love very much and with whom I get along well. who lives in italy I don't want to be a burden to her now I am going to buy a house in the countryside in Italy and a house here in Romania I went down with a Romanian friend, we traveled together even if at my age we have small health problems I am independent. I can still do Cluj Parma on my own without problem. I am going to buy small houses to renovate in small towns. This will allow my Romanian friends who most often work abroad to stay 2 or 3 months closer to their family. It won't give me time to see myself getting older and it will give me the illusion of still being useful for something.
