I live and work in Paris, two years ago I bought an apartment in the province of Barcelona, ​​more precisely Hospitalet de Llobregat. Since August 2019, I have decided to rent my apartment temporarily for the university period from October to June. The rental is managed by a real estate agency. unfortunately I don't know how to speak Spanish yet and I'm facing a language barrier, but luckily I have friends from Barcelona who help me with the translations. This being a rental, requires technical knowledge (taxes, charges to be deducted..etc..) so if anyone can help me!!!
