This will be my second time living in Santiago, Chile. I was first there in 2004 for a TEFL certification program and ended up staying and teaching English for over a year and a half. I've visited several times since and recently decided to move back for love...of both Chile and my pololo. After six incredible years of living in Austin, Texas, I'll be hitting that restart button once again when I move back to Santiago in August. I'm sad to be leaving my comfortable little life in Austin but am happy to be going back to a country for which I feel such a strong affinity. I'm also excited to have the opportunity to connect to a network of fellow expats, and I look forward to hearing about your experiences, sharing advice, and making new friends. Saludos!
