I am French from Lyon and I have just landed a position in Tokyo with accommodation. I hesitated a lot because my training in atomic physics is very rare and I had offers in the United States, Canada, Switzerland, Sweden and Japan. I love Japanese culture, the calm spirit suits me well, plus I'm a real geek, so Japan obviously attracts me a lot. I hesitated a lot between Canada and Japan, the two countries offered me a very interesting salary and almost new accommodation in a quiet area, and I finally chose Japan because my best friend has lived there for 2 years. I visited her in September for 3 weeks and I met my future employer and I was won over by the advantages! so we're off to Japan next January!
