About
My name is Giovanni, I worked on the railway in Genoa as a car instructor, I am 66 years old and I live in Portugal with my wife Giusi of 60..
Unfortunately we suffered a loss, our only son Matteo died 3/4 years ago precisely in July 2016 he was only 19 years old and we survive, we don't live..
3 years after his death we decided to sell the house and everything that belonged to our son, not for this reason we forget but we left Arquata Scrivia because we saw Matteo in every corner of the streets.
But the problems are not over, once here, we applied for tax relief but they rejected it by INPS saying that having worked in the FS I am not entitled to tax relief as I am a former Inpdap which in 2000 I did reconvert my contributions from Inpdap to Inps in 2000 but it was privatized even before that. I worked until December 30, 2015 and in January 2016 after 43 years of work I retired..
Can any of you help me on the merits by giving me information on tax relief and if you can give me a suggestion?
I thank you infinitely
