My question is the following, if you can help me I would appreciate it, I am a Spanish citizen and my wife is from Venezuela, I am married and has a community card, in February 2019 we applied for the family permit and we went to London twice but we did not stay nor did we apply for a residence card, the family permit expired in August, my question is.! Can I re-apply for another visa for my wife through a family permit to go to London altogether or we no longer have the possibility of doing so, thank you for your response, and forgive me if I went on for too long!
