Portuguese man married to a French woman for 40 years and almost 60 years. Having 3 children and 6 grandchildren we would like to build a cubic house in the Algarve region within 3 years for our retirement. Being a construction entrepreneur specializing in second work, my wife is retired from the PTT and an approved childminder. We would like to end our days in the Algarve, which we have already visited 3 times.
