I am 55 years old and I have been working abroad for many years (USA, Canada, Africa, Middle East, Oceania, Indian Ocean), and in the overseas departments, my base is Brittany Rennes, even if I am not Breton by birth. I am a teacher trainer in Tourism and Hospitality, and I am seeking to develop with Thai partners a Training Center for Hospitality and Catering professions in order to mix Thai kindness and smiles, and "French" skills in Hospitality. For the cuisine, nothing to say, nothing to change, Thailand is the other culinary paradise. If you have partners, investors or contacts with the administration in charge of hotel tourism, or the ministry in charge of regional planning, I am interested in your advice too!!!!!
