I grew up in Washington State but my wife grew up in Shizuoka. We are moving after I retire in a few months. Our new house is now under construction in Oya. I'm attending the jotoshuki ceremony in mid-February (2020) and wondering when and where English speaking expats gather in Shizuoka-shi? Thanks!
