My journey has led me to support, accompany, guide, train and also to decide, undertake, inspire, create. As a field professional at the start of my career then as an educational manager and trainer where I created training courses, led numerous courses and conferences, accompanied training courses and carried out rich partnership work. Subsequently, I created my training organization which led me to build a network of clients and carry out consulting missions. Finally, in 2014 I created my practice and developed my activities as a coach and therapist. Today I want to emigrate to the United Arab Emirates and my professional project is moving in 3 directions: - Help and support for expatriates. A 2018 study reveals that 86% of women who follow their spouse on an expatriate journey may appear to be the most disadvantaged in the services offered to expatriates. It would then be a question of working in a structure which offers support to expatriates, of helping them in their integration and in the development of social relations, of contributing to the creation of a community with an intercultural dimension. On the other hand, it appears important for managers that the spouses of their expatriate employees feel good. In fact, this prevents them from helplessly witnessing the departure of the latter, forced to follow their partners in returning home. - Participate in the promotion of the 鈥淔rench art of living鈥�. The current context must lead us to be even more creative and innovate. It seems to me that it is essential to come together around unifying actions. Culture and art have always brought people together, allow thought to move and question, liberate creativity and lead to valuable demands. A WHO report dated 11/11/2019 also highlights the beneficial effects of art on physical and mental health. I would therefore like to work within the framework of French cultural diplomacy (Alliances Fran莽aises, structures promoting cultural and artistic exchanges, art galleries). - Finally, sharing, conviviality and transmission are essential values 鈥嬧�媔n my eyes. I would like to participate in the animation of a space that brings people together around gastronomy and wine; a place of exchange and activities allowing intercultural encounters and breaking possible isolation by pooling everyone's knowledge and tastes. My wish is to set up activities and exercise within a living space where meetings, sharing, solidarity and conviviality are the key words. Indeed, it seems essential to me to evolve in what I would call "the beautiful, the good, the enhancement.聽禄 This could be deployed in the luxury hotel sector or any structure organizing events or selling quality products. What drives me above all else? Link, link. People, ideas, projects. I know how to highlight (people, places, objects, etc.), facilitate the emergence of ideas and define a strategy for their effective implementation with different interlocutors internally and externally. I like to lead projects, get involved and mobilize a team around unifying actions. I enjoy solving problems, dealing with unforeseen events and finding solutions to difficulties. I have a taste for meetings and organizing events.
