Cashing a US stimulus check in Germany by MNR-cgn

Hi guys, I got my stimulus check from the US Treasury in the mail but am having problems cashing it. Deutsche Bank tells me they don’t accept them any more. Any advice on how to get the money. I don’t own a US bank account... Would an ...
