Hi my name is Irene i am married with 3 kids all. we fell in love with Portugal when we were on holiday, we want to move there and would really like some advice on where the best place to raise kids would be Algarve or Lisbon? We dont speak the language but have started learning so we want to find out about schools? I look forward to hearing from you.
