I am Lionel, I am 25 years old and I come from France. Japan is a kind of dream for me, especially about food. I think japanese and french cuisine match so well. Different ingredients, but same way to do and to combine ingredients together. Working in hospitality and fine dining restaurants since my 16, that's why I came here. Japan is not to avoid when you have this passion. I'm currently working in a ski resort in Niseko, until end of march. Holding a working holiday visa until next november, i'm looking for a second experience in my industry.
